The Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia said on Monday that their forces have killed eight members of Hezbollah fighters while they were fighting in the Houthi ranks in northern Yemen.
“The Arab Coalition has killed 41 terrorist elements in Maran district of Saada province – which is the Houthi militia stronghold in northern Yemen – and destroyed their vehicles and equipment. Among the dead were eight members from Lebanon’s Hezbollah, including a commander,” Coalition Spokesman Colonel Turki al-Maliki said in a statement.
The Yemeni Army Forces also arrested a Houthi commander and seven “Hezbollah” experts in Saada.
A military source told “September Net” website, the mouthpiece of the Defense Ministry, that Yemeni forces captured the Houthi commander and the “Hezbollah” fighters during heavy clashes.
